How the matching works
Felineering mathA refill or filter is listed only when its own product listing names your device's family (for example, 'fits Litter-Robot 3, 4 and 5' or 'for PURA X and PURA MAX'). Litters are matched to the litter type your box's maker states: clumping boxes show clumping litters, crystal boxes show crystal litters.
LimitsThird-party refills rely on the seller's fit statement, and sizes can change between generations. Check your exact model name before ordering. A box that states 'any clumping litter' can still behave differently with very light or very fine litters.
Questions
Can I use any clumping litter in a self-cleaning box?
Only if the maker says so. Many globe and open-top boxes accept any clumping litter; crystal-tray boxes such as the ScoopFree need crystals, and a few boxes take several types.
Are third-party bags and filters safe to use?
They can be, and they usually cost less, but the fit depends on the seller's statement. Official refills fit exactly.
Why isn't my device listed?
We list devices we cover whose refills or litter type we can match from published listings. More are added as we expand the catalog.
